CLUBFITWEAR AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT.

1. Overview

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate in clubfitwear.com's Affiliate Program. 

2. Payment

Payments are processed monthly after a 30-day wait period to confirm orders are not of a fraudulent nature.

All payment is made through PayPal

3. Restrictions

We reserve the right to not pay out to affiliates that use sexually explicit materials, violence, illegal acts or discrimination in any way to promote the ClubFitWear Brand

Members who are part of our VIP programs personal order are not eligible

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any Affiliate from this program due to acts deemed illegal or harmful to our brand.
